  • Ingredients sounds really nice for hair (Avocado and grape seed oil)

Minus:

  • Makes the hair flat(Volume appears decreased) if over applied

Other Tips for this product:

  • Works best when hair is washed frequently (Once in 2/3 days)
  • For the price its quite a steal, the quality is amazing.

Plus:

  • Hydrating shampoo which improves hair texture as simple as that I don’t know what other plus is needed
  • Very good smell, feels luxurious
  • Lathers to correct amount. Not very foamy buy I think its a huge plus.

Minus:

  • Does’t do much for hair root and scalp
  • I get dandruff when I don’t wash my hair regularly when I use this shampoo
  • May not be the ideal one for oily hair

Other Tips for this product:

  • Overall this is a very good shampoo for normal to dry hair. My scalp seems to dislike this shampoo a little but my hair loves this.
  • So I use oil before shampooing or use a different shampoo that does good for scalp and hair-fall etc., which solves the problem for me.
  • Sometimes I skip conditioner and there is no problem while I use this shampoo
  • Shampoo works best with the respective hair mask.

Other Tips for this product:

  • Overall this is a good hair mask for dry hair
  • Convenient for people who cannot do a deep moisturization with hot olive oil or egg.
  • Delivers better results when applied in towel dried hair than using on wet hair

About me repurchasing?: Sure will do. This is always worth having. But I may reduce the frequency like twice a month instead of using it every single shampooing simply because my hair has improved now that I care better.

Kerastase Bain Stimuliste Shampoo Review

Hi

Kerastase Bain Stimuliste Shampoo(Targeting thinning hair) Review

Today am reviewing a shampoo which was recommended to me along with the Loreal mythic oil hair mask by a hair stylist in Naturals parlor Chennai. That was the first time I spent that much of money for a shampoo. I had my wedding nearing, and wanted my hair to be the best it could for all the styling. So the below was what I think about this shampoo.

Price: Rs. 1400

Quantity: 250 ml

Plus:

  • Makes roots of hair noticeably better
  • I get very minimal dandruff generally if i miss washing hair for more than 3 days. While using this shampoo that doesn’t happen
  • Lathers to correct amount, not too much
  • Bottle lasts for more than 3 months with regular hair wash itself

Minus:

  • Does’t do much for hair so you definitely need to use a good conditioner or hair mask
  • Price point is definitely a minus to me even though it lasts long
  • Only available in selected parlous and outlets

Other Tips for this product:

  • Overall this is a good shampoo for the scalp.
  • Sometimes when I skipped the hair mask, the hair was extremely fizzy more than using any other shampoo I have used so far. But a little bit of serum will always solve that problem.

About me repurchasing?: Not the same one probably. But will do good research on other shampoos and get something that helps both my scalp and hair. Am sure kerastase line have a better and right one for me however am satisfied with the results this shampoo gave at that period.

Clairol – Herbal essences – hello hydration – Moisturizing conditioner for Dry/Damaged hair

Hello beauties,

Today am reviewing:

Clairol – Herbal essences – hello hydration – Moisturizing conditioner for Dry/Damaged hair with a fusion of orchid and coconut milk

When I did my search on internet for drugstore hydrating conditioners that were good, this popped in few blogs. I have used a mild shampoo from herbal essences in my collage and it did work out for my hair well. I was shampooing quite often(Once in 2 days) that period and once in a week I would pack my hair with full oil overnight. That was all I did about my hair care and it was quite healthy then. So from a already used brand I thought I would try this out.

Below is my experience, info and thoughts about this product with pros and cons as usual.

Herbal Essences Hello hydration Conditioner review

Herbal Essences Hello hydration Conditioner review

Price:  SGD $5 something I forgot exact price sorry and its around Rs.200 in India

Quantity: 300 ml

Plus:

  • Hydrates like it claims it would
  • Good conditioner for the such affordable price
  • Drugstore conditioner that addresses hydration. Hydration is lack of water and not oil but most conditioner provides slight oil which could look for the first day after shower but the next day hair will look weighed down and may become oily. (I am not sure if you get the picture of what am trying to say)

Minus:

  • Has chemicals
  • Not suitable for scalp usage but the product description says to massage, so am not sure what they mean by that
  • For some reason I develop slight dandruff if I don’t wash my hair with in 3 days after using this conditioner, that happens only with this product

Other Tips for this product:

  • After using this bottle for half, I discovered a good way it works for me and this tip could help you a lot too. The tip is if there is a conditioner that works very well for your hair but not your scalp, then you could apply the conditioner before you take bath in dry hair itself or slightly spray some water and apply conditioner and let it sit for 15- 30 mins and wash it off with shampoo. No need to apply the conditioner after shampooing. It works girls! Just try, I don’t know how.
  • Your hair should be without oil while doing the previous step (Scalp can have oil it doesn’t matter)
  • Conditioner should be applied a lot away from scalp. If your hair is too short that it will come in contact with root, go for hair masque conditioners that is scalp friendly or go the natural way with egg/olive or coconut oil/yogurt or curd(There are more natural options, these are the ones I have tried so far).

About me repurchasing?: Not sure. May or may not.
